Sushi Yume in Westminster

Used to be pretty good and reasonably priced, than went down hill. Had not been there in a while so decided to get 2 orders of salmon rolls to see if they changed. Ordered the food from my car and it was ready unreasonably fast, only 3 minutes later. The sushi was unedible when I got home. It tasted like it had been cut up hours before and was just sitting in a fridge somewhere. Definitely not fresh and questionable quality of fish . Will not be returning ever.

I got the all you can eat hot pot here. All of the food was good. Was broth was good although I would of preferred a little more intense of a flavor. The first broth I didn't like and they gave me a different flavor without fuss. There are two more broth flavors that I didn't try. Survive was good but not great. That may have been more my fault because I went between lunch and dinner so they were busy prepping for the dinner rush. Overall it was good enough that I would consider going again.

Poor customer service is putting it nicely and that was the best thing about this place. The food was nothing to write home about got unagi rolls, I always get them where ever I go. couldn't taste the eel couldn't see the eel if it was there it was hidden well. But something was in there because later that night my stomach was killing me and I ended up on the toilet most of the night. The health department should visit them.

Visited for dinner on a slow Tuesday evening!Only 3 full tables... it took over 30 minutes to get our food! It was very good...but it took way too long to get to the table!

Not prepared for Valentine's Day. Food took about an hour to get out and then was placed on the wrong table but still served to us. Idk if this is their normal delivery, but this particular visit was highly unsatisfactory.

This place is great and great service. Workers are friendly and take care of you. Totally recommend it!

Normally I really like this place, but they really screwed up a Grubhub order in a new and special way. First it took 2 hours to deliver my order to the wrong address. Second when the driver arrived at the wrong address and called me, didn’t go to the correct address that I provided him, they canceled it. Currently waiting to see if they make it under the 3 hour mark.

It was really good to have a dinner right there, well doing rolls with some sauce decoration , and with some kitchen vegetable etc, must try it guys

Menu is a perfect balance of clean fish rolls and more decadent fried saucy rolls. Also I dig the cocktails.

When we moved from North Carolina we had found our favorite sushi place too late. We are so happy we found Sushi Yume here in year one! The quality of the sushi is outstanding. It tastes "clean," and fresh. The menu choices are creative and accessible, the presentation is gorgeously artistic, and the flavors are fantastic. Price-wise, it is a very fair exchange for what do you pay.

Slow evening, 3 tables besides ours....service was beyond slow. We ordered sushi it took over 20min to arrive. Rest of order was slow too besides the salad and soup arriving quicker.

Very impressed with the atmosphere, given the location and outside look of the building. I will be going back to this restaurant again.

We have been here 3 times. The service was always fast. Nice and clean restaurant. Plus we’ve always received $5 off coupon for the next purchase at the end when we pay, of course we’re going to come back😆 We haven’t tried their hot pot yet, but their sushi and food was delicious!

The hot pot is not good. Sushi is fine. All of meat is too thick , it is not taste good.

Got the all you can eat hot pot. Wasn’t terribly impressed. It wasn’t bad, but not worth $22. It took so long to eat since you have to cook it all. We stopped eating because we got tired of cooking and eating and cooking and eating. Our friends sushi looked delicious, but they finished way before we started eating.

The sushi here is a quick fix if you want instant sushi. Haven't found a sushi roll on the menu that is memorable. They just started serving hotpot which we haven't tried. Service is okay, nothing out of the ordinary. Philadelphia roll was simple but good, rice seem to fall off.

I've eaten at Sushi Yume many times because it's in my neighborhood, but it's never my first choice. It's a bit... boring... compared to other sushi joints in the area. The food is boring but fine, and the service is okay. Their redeeming dish is their miso eggplant appetizer, and it's so good I think about it sometimes. It's like vegetable candy!They usually have coupons out there and they usually give you coupons for money off your next visit. You can get in and out fairly cheaply. I'll keep coming back but it's just so... boring.

I'm not a big sushi fan but my daughter convinced me to try Sushi Yume... And I have to say it was pretty darn good. My daughter is always correct when it comes to this stuff. The restaurant is very easy to find, is very clean inside and has staff that is very helpful with any questions you have, and anything you need. The staff is also highly knowledgeable, and he's full of recommendations as to what you should try or what you might like. I would recommend this place to anyone who love sushi.

This was actually a place a dear friend and I happened to stumble upon. It had caught our eye before but when we finally tried it, it was beyond our expectations. Everything from the hot tea to the sushi to the teriyaki chicken was outstanding. The service was prompt and friendly but not overbearing and their prices were great. Absolutely looking forward to future visits!

Clean, well-maintained dining room. Good service. Delicious food at great prices. Our server was friendly and professional. He answered all of our questions and kept our drinks full. The food was fabulous! Try the ginger dressing on the house salad. And only $1.95 for an iced tea was a pleasant surprise.

Maybe only plan to go if you have time?! We had an hour and a half before our next stop, walked into the restaurant to see 4-5 tables had already been served and one large group (little did we know they hadn't ordered yet). We knew right away we'd do sushi for 2 ($50). We waited and waited. Eventually, a server asked us something?? Kept looking at the door, not at us. We ordered saki. Got the saki, but it was easily 20 minutes before they took the large group order! We knew we'd never get out on time if they were making food for 8-10 people right before us and had to leave without ordering. Was looking forward to sushi, disappointed on timing and service for what looked like was a well staffed place with good food.

I had the chicken teriyaki bento box for lunch. $9 and it came with chicken teriyaki, rice, veggies, California roll, shumai, salad, and soup. It was so delicious and even had leftovers.

For the price portions are a rip off compare to other Japanese place. Also the taste is not impressing really was a one and done 60 dlls worth of king soopers food and maybe their sushi is better wakala

The hot pot is a crowd favorite. My friends and I like to come here when we want to eat a lot of something for a good price. I recommend the Udon noodles and shirmp! Yummy!!
